i have all this here for two reasons:
1) i need the accountability and encouragement. it would be pretty embarrassing to post before and after pictures that look practically the same. it's time to do this thang!
2) i hope to inspire someone out there. if you feel like you've been unhappy with your weight or overall health then i challenge you to do this, too. there's no need to be a mrs. grumpy pants when all you have to do is
make a few minor changes.
