i'm here to share my two week results with you all!
i think overall i did ok this week. not great, but not awful either.
but to be perfectly honest...there may have been a little too much extra snacking/cheating.
i made a trip up to my parents lake house with just my mom and the kiddos and there was a lot of tempting yummy foods around. i didn't go crazy just a few m&m's here and there....still had no soda, bread, or anything like that.
anyway let's get onto the deets, shall we?

total overall lost = 9"
exercise:
not gonna lie. i did zero exercises this week. i feel terrible about it because it was only the second week, but i plan to get back on the bandwagon this week. and hopefully make a few more dance classes too.

unfortunately i forgot to take photos this week. not sure why, really. i just looked at graham on sunday (well after cheat day had taken it's toll) and said, "welp, i didn't take any pictures yesterday. dang."
so sorry. hopefully i'll remember this saturday!
